Refund policy
Reign Sport® maintains a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are processed in Store Credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags. If the garment has dog/cat hair on it and needs to be professionally cleaned, we will only be able to issue a partial refund.
Please print out and include the receipt in the package. All items are inspected for signs of wear or soiling, regardless if tags are still intact. Reign Sport® reserves the right to decline refunds based on worn product conditions.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@reignsport.shop to let us know whether or not you'd like to return or exchange your item. We will provide you with the necessary next steps as soon as we receive the request.
Returns: Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund your purchase to your Reign Sport® Customer Account for Store Credit on future purchases.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging for a different size, we will ship out the new garment when we receive the original.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your Reign Sport® account will be credited with the refund amount for use on future purchases, with no expiration date.

EUROPEAN & EEA Customers — Statutory Rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without justification. Upon exercising this right, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. To initiate a return, email info@reignsport.shop. Your statutory rights under EU law apply regardless of any other terms in this policy.
